Pilates for all! Please support below 🫶🏾 https://buymeacoffee.com/powerpilates888 Listen with headphones there is no music so you can connect to your muscles. I have created this platform to teach a practice that has transformed & connected me to my own body. All individuals regardless of race, sex, or financial background should have access to this practice. I have practiced & taught Pilates for the past 15 years & now I give it to you my way. I do not align with Joseph Pilates or his personal beliefs I am simply using his movement to heal as many people as possible for free. If you align with my mission please consider supporting with a donation. I send you my love & healing.
