I started spending hours researching recipes and reading books on baking and decorating techniques. In 2010, I decided to pursue my dream of being a full time Cake Artist and Baker. I continued my education by taking courses at various schools; including the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park and the French Culinary Institute.
